Improving the outer ring road between Horsforth and Pudsey - what you told us

We want to make improvements to the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road (ORR) between Horsforth roundabout and Dawsons Corner. In November 2021 funding was secured from the Government's Levelling Up Fund.

As part of the proposals, we have plans to reduce the speed limit to 50mph along the A6120 and A647 between Horsforth roundabout and Stanningley Bypass at Henconner Lane Bridge, enforceable by average or fixed speed cameras.
